    laptop problem

    last night i come off mir and turned my pc off then a hour later i turned it bk on and everything is crashing " not responding" and freezing the laptop so i left my laptop turned on for a hour or 2 now im getting this error box poping up every so often saying "Visual C# Command Line has stopped...

    i have windows 7 and IE 8 and every now and then on some sites i get a EXE saying there has been a problem and it trys and fixes it then closes off the site.... so if i need to go on that site i hae to go into inprivate browsing just to see it? any one know whats going on?
