    Thanks, and yea - things have moved on from the old 'ripped image & text'. To be honest i don't know how i've improved because i don't even use photoshop very often. Here's my latest piece, i have little idea how i can improve the image itself. Also i will update the text when i find something...

    Its not a signature, so im not bothered about detail. Basically I create this, or a similar effect do the following: Add a background to a blank image. Make a new layer Fill it black Select brush tool (and an appropriate brush - i used one of Adobe Photoshop Elements 3's generic brushes)...

    eBay is terrible - i suggest only buying components from licenced distributers. I've seen laptops with only 16mb video ram run mir2 seemlessly.
