You gain Abyss points when you kill someone, which can be used to buy items with. You don't lose anything when you're killed, well I don't think you do :S- boothy

Go into !Setup.txt in M2server and change: MapDir=C:\Program Files\Hell 2.3 client\Map\ to MapDir=.\Map\ so it reads the maps from your M2server (Make srue you got maps extracted).- boothy
