    Follow the guide to putting a server online, your either opening the gate twice or the ip is wrong, please note all ip`s must be 127.0.0.1 other than a few ips which need to be changed as explained in the setup guide :)

    anything above 1gb upload would be fine for a decent user base around 90-100, 512mb would suit a server of around 40 users, core 2 duo processor 2.5ghz+ 4gb would also be ok.
