Grab that bundle its a fairly decent deal, then just plonk a graphics card in, you may already have hdd, dvd drive, psu, if not definatly look into the SSD drives.
Well you could try Bens server they are normally fairly decent and have lots of friendly faces!

Follow the guide to putting a server online, your either opening the gate twice or the ip is wrong, please note all ip`s must be 127.0.0.1 other than a few ips which need to be changed as explained in the setup guide :)
I would suggest Gamepot USA mir, purley because it gives you a good feel of the game and alot of it is self explanatory, however i doubt many people on there would be willing to help you out unless you know someone who plays it :)

anything above 1gb upload would be fine for a decent user base around 90-100, 512mb would suit a server of around 40 users,
core 2 duo processor 2.5ghz+
4gb would also be ok.
I enjoy abit of fishing, mainly for carp these days, used to do abit of sea fishing however its a bore when u dont catch nothing lol.
