    i think the reason max hermit has been put in is to make it fair to everybody rather than somebody getting +5 off 5 hermit points and somebody else getting +10 off 5 hermit stats. RNG can be quite unfair sometimes, better to have as less RNG as possible imo. also makes it a lot easier to change...
