mir 2.3 is an installer base, so one is the default exe if you want to install it yourself (like back in the day), the other is the files rar'd up... the installer exe throws false viruses etc so some may find it easier to download the rar file :)- Martyn

nah, did look into it, few friends do it, silly amounts of money invested in it for little return, they seem like they have no choice but to keep doing it due to high input cost they've already had to cough up.. don't mind the free games from all their GPU's though :P- Martyn

Quick question: Pure Pvp or pure PVE
if there was a mir PVP server... no PvE I'd play it.. but how would people improve? kills? what if your ****? remember guild wars, pve/pvp worked together ,but on different characters, would be nice for something like that, but surely impossible.- Martyn

ah well that's going to cause issues, Mir isn't made for modern tech, change your monitor res to 1080 run windowed looks fine imo, my monitor lets me swap easily between monitor resoulution, and it looks good- Martyn
