    Yes........ Paint will work for such job. "Select the part u want to cut, Right click, Cut, File > New, Paste!, Save - you should get the option to save it as GIF".

    Still under construction, UPDATE- We now have a dedicated server. We also have a coder to plough out any bugs. Things im currently working on to get the files upto standards - BG - TM - LMS /Yoda.

    Price defo sounds like a VPS - Basicly if you get burstable ram that means its a dedicated server shared by 4 people all with Virtual OS`s. Basicly these are crap for anything but webhosting and such. You couldnt run a stable mir server via VPS.
