Pc restarting..
Are you sure you have your ram in the correct slots? I had this problem. Download the mother board manual if you dont already have it. Then have a read through it! Thats how i sorted it for me. Had the ram in (e.g 1,2 instead of 3,4)- Zen2

Are all your ips in the files set as your local offline ip? The setup of your server files can sometimes make this happen, Also check server names everywhere case sensitive too. Erm make sure your exe is allowed on any mal ware software your laptop may have, Post a screenie of your gates for us...- Zen2
