    Although your not getting any lag anyone that logged into that map without the specs to match you might find the client would crash/freeze or lag until it could load everything and then everytime a movement happened.     Still possible to make a server without any programming skills just download the set you wish and set it up the way you want. There are decent sets out there for 2.3 files etc.
