    sometimes dc can bug if u dont have enuff lower start dc , try raising the lower dc and test ur max dmg again , pref with luck 9 .

    I may be rong but i think: [0001] 1 is rong because im sure some 1 told me ages ago that the max flags is 999, so try changing it to [001] 1 and see if that makes a difference
