    1) Nope you dont need to change the m2server , that i know of but then agen i havnt messed about with 1.9 much. 2) No idea :D Best bet is babyhack,milo, or some 1 else that knows about the files sorry. ohh btw search aswell.

    Dont be sp lazy and make it your self its not hard one single bit, also it wont work with your server, diffrent maps etc. So just make the Teleport NPC your self and ya on ya way :). -TB
