Thats true, however once the serverlist only showed 7 servers, then 10, and now 12. If more than 12 servers were to come online (and it wasn't just a thing), I'd just change it so it show more.

Probably an IP setup or BDE Admin problem.
Use a server starter to configure ur IP's to 127.0.0.1 (and match this in your client), and try again). If that doesn't work check the path you have entered into BDE Admin goes to serverfileslocation\mud2\db
