    have you all CruelDragon DBs and Tables ? ^^ No Name comes from no rights with the CD - DB and missing tables like HL_JiFen or HL_MaxUser .

    rare Item DB is in Hero3G Database. You find 2 Tables : 1: Drop Amound, Drop Time and Item Name 2: Countet Time for this Item and the Amound of success dropted Items and or not droppet (Missed Cound)

    hmm then Trace the DB Connection... or cut the Lotto NPC. I belive with CD3.xx the Main function has big problems this make a new Instance and don't clean the old Instance -.- and with this you have Running more , and with @ReloadDefaultNPC you have many more. We have Test ist many many Times.

    In your 00Default.txt Clear the LottoItemClick Event ^^ this Stop the Lotto full. (make a Copy of your 00Default.txt and then Clear this Event full, not with ";" ) then Test. ;-) Edit: with Trace I belive Demonic mean the Tracer in your Profiler, you find this by your Enterprise Manager.

    o.O No Server Running without Server this can't Run ^^ and CraZyEriK yes the Gate is not Closed ;-) it must Connect to the Server then it can Close.

    yes if you have a 3G Server like CruelDragon or KingSoft then you can use the FamePoint System with CheckFame and SetFame Commands. In the Item DB on a 3g Server you have a Field Called NeedFame. not with old Job Server (Visio).
