    Our records show you bought an AncientWolf at 07:45 and that you have it equipped GG is shared accross accounts so if you send 20k on one char on the account it will not be available on the other, it's account linked not char You spent the GG by buying the mount BH

    This PayPal does mess up from time to time and not send the info needed to Chronicles (this is not something we have control over or can easily find) You will not be banned for requesting a refund for something like this as Milo said its why the system is there BH

    I reply to 99% of the messages I receive Refunds and donation issues take time to find, manage and refund when needed but they do get sorted. Not all of the team have access to the donation system. When it bugs up the odd time, it is not easy to find what has happened, PayPal sometimes does not...

    3 different servers all kicked players at the same time in the morning pointing to it being a main internet ISP node that is used by normal ISPs to route internet traffic to servers around the world, one of these nodes had a issue, prob due to maintenance on it and it popped Stuff like this...
