Yes it's possible, use the Disappear Time column in the Std_Items database within your SQL. The number is the Days for an item to last from when it is Dropped from a Mob or Made by a GM/script.

Mondie detects when a certain mob name dies on a certain map, as well as other things. You can change it and add to it so long as you understand what you're changing of course :)

To display users online you have to open port 3000 to allow kaori's program to check the user count, some servers choose not to do that so there may be many users on them but it will never show :)

If you mean pvp getting the town - people have been trying to get that to work for ages, I don't know of anyone that has succeded. If it's just taking ownership of a town then that's fairly easy.
