Chinese .WIS Files
Ive done the smaller ones so far, i tried using just the TBitmap and its quicker but the placements output is carnage as each placement has its own file and when you have 70,000+ hum/weapon images :(- kyndigs

Me and Gadget have been working on cracking these files for the past week as I couldnt find anything in the Chinese community and Azura said he had a viewer but not anymore. New mobs and new styles of moving/attackin arms/weaps
From what i saw if you are level 70 u get a new armour, which gives u a diff appearance chrsel and all theres also a new level 70 hum effect etc- kyndigs

Looking now i see theres is a bunch of whole new stuff, Lions in ride2.wil... And some buffed up classes, which new hum wils, maybe your char changes when u reach a certain lvl i think- kyndigs
