    Solved the installation error - had started to use sky download service, it put a program on my pc called Kontiki, when I removed this installation worked fine again.

    I suggest you use steps 5 & 6 And make sure in running processes you have no scvhost.exe running, svchost.exe is ok and can run 5 or more times in processes.
