    There are none totally pvp/pl free atm, phoenix used to be but recently sabuk, samak and a new map created have been made pvp areas. But certainly phoenix is the closest to your requirements.

    I suppose asking the people at those Ip addresses to re-setup their files or even sending them cd's might be an idea.....if it is always their IP addresses it may be the problem. You could also delete their gm's and remake just incase some kind of bug on their characters....have they perhaps...

    You need to check server name and IP address is the same throughout sql and server files, including !setup, etc....

    I had this, installed framework 2 and naffed up pc, deinstalled framework 2, reinstalled sql and worked fine.

    Problem the Stats in 3.38

    255 is the maximum stats for a character & mobs on 3.38 version. 3.55+ version gives unlimited stats for character only, mobs stay at 255. This is what I believe to be true, I'm sure someone will correct me if it's not :)

    I believe you change FP to Integral, not the other way round so no donating is not an issue in getting those items.

    In your system tray bottom right I don't see the icon to show your SQL server is running but if you open it is the name of your SQL server the same as your server name?

    It's actually a different language, they show as squares to you because your pc hasn't got the necessary language pack to decifer them :)
