    As others have said, you could gem to +3 (mc, sc or dc) on your weapon then refine as much as you want. But you couldn't refine then add the +3 from gems and orbs after it was past +3. Best option was to gem the first 3 then refine as much as you wanted after.

    Well if someone is logging in on level ones and causing you to get curse/pk points, then that is griefing and they should be banned or atleast given a temp ban for a few days or something.

    As said many times before, this is not 2.3 or any other files you have played before, it could technically be like that on purpose, but I highly doubt it lol, it would be pretty OP left without the delay while casting it.
