    How can you not test it? Does it not just start the files and what not? Why would you need to actually get ingame etc. If itswriting to the .inis properly then I don't see why you need to get ingame. Of course correct me if i'm wrong.

    Probably because your selchr or LoginSrv is setup incorrectly? either that or they aren't connecting. When you click create character you should see the server name appear at the top if it doesn't you need to fix your server.
