    Its got something to do with you're DBServer matey. Double Check IP's over, If you're on a router use ur external ip's aswell as ur other. If ur on a modem them use ur ip from www.WhatIsMyIp.com , dont change the IP's what are set as 0.0.0.0 or ur gates wont load Also if you're on a router...
