    There is (currently) no form of "profession" in the sense of you can gain unique-stats in Mining/level up your mining ability etc. I say currently as this may change, but Mining itself has changed a little to avoid botting.

    +1ing this, as it's pretty much true. Drops "similar" to Collo are what people would like to see in reality, but effort vs reward needs to be taken into account. If this means making some of the lower bosses harder in strength and toning it's dropfile to suit, then do so imo.
