Forget about PVP, I don't play a melee class so don't really know how it works in that.
But for PVE agility is OP. No single class should be able to tank red cave solo.
I think an agility cap for example of 30-40 for wiz/war/tao, and 40-50 for sin (not sure on numbers, will need testing to...
Some spell books (bliz for example) are becoming more and more common. How about using a 2nd or 3rd+ book to give 10-20% of points needed to level the spell? Maybe make it so it only works on uncommon and above books, to stop people just leveling spells from shop.

Personally I think it will be OP, especially when it is leveled. Might be wrong, but we'll see.
My idea is a 5-10% chance for player to die and be instantly revived on full hp. So in a fight you still drop but shouldn't be revived low enough for the double kill.
