    So I've seen this mentioned a few times now, here on the forums and in game. Could someone explain to me how this works, or how we think it works? I'm reading it as I know this guy drops this @ 1/1000 I kill 1000 of them I'm guaranteed at least one of these items once? Is this correct?

    So as of last nights reboot we now have level 4 skills in game yay! Could someone clarify how we learn these?? or do we just continue to level the skill up with nothing to do, as the level 4 skills says 'secret'.
