balancing a class doe not only take 10 mins, depends on lot of fators,,the problem with balence is it is not just class,that change efects its ,mobs and items make up balence between mob and class and pvp ,so its not a 10 min job then when do change to items player start complaning it not 10...

not sure how old your pc is but may have cpu over heating could try cleaning fans nomal if over heat most motherboads nomal get high pitch beeps warning depends if set in bossi and some motherboard if cpu gets to hot it closes down when hit max temp that in bossi ,have try see ,have good clean...
