open mir2.ini and under [Option] you add this line:
Fullscreen=1
that sets it to fullscreen
1767435758
they just opted to hide the fullscreen option in ini while the client can do it fine on it's own without an performance loss lol.
130 taken from your own usercount report (fyi: ingame it says 137, did i just accidentaly find a 'bug' with usercount numbers ? -
lmao no joke tho it really is showing 130 on usercount port 3000 and 137 ingame no idea why
well that's the old solution but yes.
as far as i'm aware there are more modern solutions now tho lol (technically my windows 10 pc runs quite a bit faster then my win 11 even tho i havent tweaked either of them on purpose so)
i'm gonna be nice and post so i'll be blamed for being a bad person once more:
- lag: seems to have almost completely gone away(got solved).
however if you do still have issues here's some reasons why this could be
- you arent lagging and if others arround you are moving faster then you that's...
tehnically these are mostly orig chronicle files.
the pre chronicles Ace m2 files didnt have correctly working colored lights etc for skills if i remember correctly.
i only added a base for that and sam worked on the details for it later. (but i could be wrong)

on a sidenote:
big advice to anyone who wants to play this server.
most important thing to do when you download the client = remove the 'magpie' program and disable it in your ini:
mir2config.ini simply change 'Enabled=False' under [Magpie]
you do not want to use magpie it will absolutely...
weirdly enough the only thing this could have been going for it was if it was an actual euro clone and tried to really go for that authentic feel instead of the c# feel of flashy features and semi finished files like some others have :p
think you're confusing 'lomcn' with 'server owners'.
in some ways you're absolutely right: the mods/admins/forum members on lomcn might have put to much focus on advertising and hyping these obvious cashcow servers.
but also: it's technically still the server owners being the ones at fault.
i...
a server CAN be released without a game shop to cover hosting cost, the question is: does the server owner do it for proffit or because he likes the game?
if you look at some of the small servers that last for years with next to no players: they dont take money for server hosting, instead they...
pff servers not even getting 1/4th the usercount of the number 1 server on ranking :p
piff1: banshee is typically a pretty much 'higher end' medium rate server imho (as long as you pay for premium items)> if you didnt pay it's probably closer to a low rate. sure you could get into premium cave...
