Well the ports are realtime right now, And I'm hopeing you can do users online using how many connections are on the GameServer port, thus would be realtime too. Like if bandet was to go down now it would show all the ports as offline aka server is offline.

Ya the EI IP needs to be done like all other IP's C:\Mud3\mir3server\HolleyDBSvr\HolleyDBSvrEiIP.txt

Make sure you have installed eastern lanuage support and set your language to Chinesse (PCR) Open the Armadilo thing make sure ur language bar still says Chinesse (PCR) if not make it say it. Enter serial and it should work
