E-Shock question

is there a way on 1.9 to change the er successrate of e shock. like as in how long it takes u to tame a mob. cos on euro its really slow and on some servers ive played it tames the mobs in a few hits.

1)In the first time u must have lvl 3 at the spell , for quick tamming.
2)When server is open u ca setup time of tamming in M2Setup.exe options.
