1.9 server Help

I have looked high and low and i cant find how to get my server online

Ive been workin on this server since the files have been out and its neally rdy so i tho i would test it online 2night but it has not gone good.

first off iam not on a Router or usein the 3in1 EXE.
iam usein the LMConfirmation EXE, and server runs fine offline
But when i try to put it online by changein all the IP's to my net IP server loads up but i cant login http://homepage.ntlworld.com/lifco/server.jpg

i get to type my login/pass in but thats it

The 2nd thing i tryed was change all the IP's to my net IP but leave the LMConfirmation ini at 127.0.0.1 and my Reg bit in the setup.txt to read

Key=testfsdmir2
IP=127.0.0.1
ServerAddr=127.0.0.1
ServerPort=60320

Server runs and i get to type my login/pass in but still cant get in, a friend tryed from his apartment and was the same,he could get to the pass/login bit but thats it.

soon as i get this sorted i will make a guide for other peeps

Are you sure your client is configured correctly to connect to your server? If you used ledu client, you will need to reconfigure it for a new IP.

Also seem like the M2Server is connected to the gamegate, but it hasn't been confirmed by the LFConfirmation =/, Is that the latest GameGate? And yes, i can't tell seeing as i haven't touched a set of files for a while now. Make sure everything is correct within the LFConfirmation setup file, and the gamegate.

I just noticed that your confirmation key, and the port seem to be wrong.

Key=20FC20FC5447
ServerAddr=127.0.0.1
ServerPort=63000

That is what it should look like in setup text.

thx grim just added the confirmation key to the setup.txt same server seems to run but doors dont open.

the ip of the ledu is my net ip, also i think its the newest gamegate works fine offline and blocks my ledu 2.12

i just cant think what it could be

if the doors dont open it may be a missmatch of the server's name. make sure in all your server files the servers name (e.g. ktest) have the same name, also makesure you change the name in the ledu exe and using mirconfig

well if the gates cionnect (which they are) and your conneted to a red server(you are now) then its more than linley name. altho saying that check ip's incase

If u can not get your server online then Add a Loopback worked for me =).
But if u alrdy have your server online then there wil be no need to add a loopback.

Only needed sometimes when using a router, and isn't a good thing to do seeing as some people near you won't be able to connect.

The 0.0.0.0's i was talking about... Well some files have IP's there wich are 0.0.0.0, those you MUST leave like that, changing them will result in your server not working properly.

the thing is now i thing i have found the prob how do i fix it ?

In your \Loginsrv\!addrtable.txt you have 2 spaces after your 2nd appearance of 'Starlite'

Pretty sure u only need 1...
