Hey guys, im completely new to this sort of thing and its something ive wanted to do for a while now, so i asked a friend for his files and he told me to download dbcommander, he told me to then load up the gates and this is what happens (Screenshot below) and i don't have a clue what to do lol :(

Any help would be most appreciated, thankyou :)

How do i forward the ports, im not familier with this. :( I dont know what i need to do with the ports or what to change them too.

Before i changed the IP's to my IP address i could get onto the login screen and create my character, but when i changed my IP address to my normal one, i couldn't load the game up and i had a few errors on the gates.

EDIT:: Ok i fixed the above problem, but now i can't log in with my character, i click start and get a black screen then when i look at my gates it says nobody is logged in.

I fixed the errors on the gates by going into LeduConfig > Browse for L-LieBao.dll NOT Liebao.dll.

EDIT2: Ok got my ports forwarded (Took me a while to figure it out but i done it lol :P I still cannot get ingame though, i select my character, click start and black screen. Here is a screenie of my M2server, not sure if they are errors or not.

Well, from what that last screenshot is showing, the server is running fine. What IP are you using in the client/EXE to connect to the server?

Please try not to tripple post again (3 replies in a row basically), as this is breaking LOMCN rule's, and even double posting is not allowed. Use the "Edit" function/button instead of double/tripple posting, thanks. :)

If you wish to read the LOMCN rule's so you know what can and can't be done, then they can be found here.

im using 10.0.0.13, my internal IP, which ive placed in all the server ini's and files.

I just checked my Ports, and it says they cant be detected because they have timed out. When i go to forward my ports at http://10.0.0.2.com im not sure what IP i need to put in. My External IP keeps changing each time my router reboots.

your internal ip would normally be 192.168.*.*

please can you go to the start bar then click on "run" then type "cmd"

press return

then in the command prompt window

type the following: ipconfig /all (there is a space between ipconfig and /all)

this will bring up all of your computers information

somewhere it will say IP Address. . . . . . (then your internal ip)

make sure that internal ip is the same as the one in your files mate
