1.9 Windows Socket Error. (LoginSrv)

Hey, Im looking for some assistance with Torozor's 1.9 server files. I've been currently using a to change the ip's etc and so on. I've been getting a error when running LoginSrv, it says about Windows socket error. Im running Windows 7 Ultimate version, and it's set to run as "xp" though.
I've already looked through the Legend Of Mir 2 Threads in the past on the Windows socket error, and i cant seem to find the problem, I've sorted all the Ip's to my Internal/Global Ip, And all the ports 7000, 7100 7200 have been currently port forwarded. but it's still giving me that current error.

Any idea?

I wouldn't bother with these 1.9 files there so out of date... and also very hackable i would recomend 2.3 as a learning place.

They not using the same Ports are they?

It's an ip error some where, double check them.

nvm, i dont get window socket errors anymore, i just can't seem to get to the select character screen.

still an ip error some where then check your Ips and check your ports are fowarded
