looks quite good, but for me its got too much happening in the BG, i like plain and simple ones.

I quite like these. Simple & Effective.

The only quam i have is the text in the sig doesn't really stand out.

IF you duplicate the text layer, set the fill to 0%, and increase the opacity of the glow/stroke effect, you'll have text that stands out a bit more

He can use it for avatar cause avatars in vBulletin 3.0.1+ are uploaded to the server so people cant say my avatar is on "www.gamersbible.com/avatar.png" at 100x100 then after it done checking they go and make a 500x500 in same place.

The Avatar lacks detail and seems boring.

The siganture image seems fresh and extreme. If you could make the avatar on the signature 'lines' that would look nice.
