Means your MSSQL isn't connecting to it. What does your DBServer say also?

Its you lol.
You havent got the right password set in the files for it to connect to MSSQL.

Here is how to change the password without reinstalling.
Go onto Enterprise Manager. Open the security folder and then click on logins.
Double click on 'sa' then enter your new password in the password box. It should ask to confirm your new password again when you press ok.

Make sure db name and sql pass is in your files.
M2Server/!Setup.txt
DBServer/dbrsc.txt

SQLUsername=sa
SQLPassword=your password
SQLDatabase=mir2 (your DB name)
SQLType=mssql
