2.3 Help- Black Screen

Im useing elvin/jaspers updated TD Files, running on Windows XP Service pack 2. SQL 2000.
Everything is set up correctly, all names/IP's correctly and databases corrosponding.

1 little issuse, when i run Selgate, it says Ktest at top, but all my names r diamond, whats that about?

when i click start on charecter screen, i recieve a blank screen.

ive done this
1) double checked all IP/Names
2) used all exe's i have for 2.3.
3) Disabled UnP.
4) Wiped my FDB in DBServer. (the previous account details)
5) added my own text to notice, just incase that was it.

But no joy
any idea's?

No Error'es when loading up, everything loads up fine
