Need help please

right im trying to restore the mir 2 date base but keep getting this error, ne help apriciated

if your using the TD files and your using sql 2000 your restoring the wrong one, restore the mir2sqlbackup not the (restorethis) one

It's stupid how the person who created the files put (restorethis) on the wrong file.

its only the wrong file if your using sql 2000 tho init :P

You might be trying to restore the MSSQL 2005 one instead of the 2000 version one.
Look for another DB within the files.. should think its in the same folder though.

i think you've set SQL up wrong =/ , and u havent followed the guide right being as u called your database mir1 and not mirserver :P, try deleting the mir1 database and make a database called mirserver and try reloading the mir2backup one, see if that works, u might of buggerd something up in the mir1 one :P

best thing to do then is to uninstall SQL and re-install it =/

tried that it aint worked either
unless you got a place i can down load it again im screwed

full uninstall it and follow the guide word to word, so you dont end up with errors


call the database mirserver and restore the mir2databasebackup , if your still having problems pm me your msn lol
