any 1 got idea to fix it? my m2server keep out "[RunDB]Save DB Timed Out" and the DBServer Found This Error "List index of out of bounds" and "Access Violation at Address 00410790in module DBServer.exe'.write address 0000006 write adress"

your using sql then ?
its all down to resorces, how much ram do you have in the pc ?
when the m2 and db server are running, press alt,ctrl,del at the same time to bring up the taskmanager , then find the dbserver in the processes tab,
right click it and select the "set priority" bit, then select "high",
i currently have this issue with my test server as iam using sql for everything, and although i have 2gb of ram i get the odd "list index out of bounds" messages when i play on the same machine iam running the server from, the access violation bit i dont know iam afraid, i would say that there must obviously be something wrong there mate but i dont know what
