2.6 error

hi all out there just got a problem if any one can help
when i load up 2.6 files it will let me login and go in to game but
when i login in to the chart screen it comes up with an error
the error is this
Access Violation at addr 00475A38 in module mir2 exe read of addr 00000030
if any one knows wot this mean pls tell me pls

Try upgrade ur sound drivers...

tryed that just comes up with no upgrade ready

try use other client
if some wills don't match with the required ones it can occur problems like this ...

it sorted now ty you all for the help its was me sound card on me lappy got new pc now works fine just can get the right info for me chart screen
