after managing to get a website running from my pc, i wanted to change the ip into a domain name.

firstly, what site would i use to do this? just something like godaddy?
secondly, my ip seems to be dynamic and change everytime i reboot my pc. so how could i assign this to a domain so that it doesnt cause me hassle?

oh and third. im moving house in a few months, and presume it will still be dynamic, is there anyway to make it static, or is that down to the internet supplier?

easy, go to www.no-ip.info
sign up
add new host (with ur name leave the stuff u dont understand as they are)
now download the program
the ip u just made will be ur address, every time u restart internet use the program to change it to ur ip.

Also, in the future should you still want a domain name, you can "CNAME" the domain to your no-ip addy.
