2x Power buff bug/issue

about time, i informed sam of this about 2 weeks about 1 -2 weeks ago now, to be told, " ive just killed 1000 zombies and didnt get 1 quest" its clear as day that this was still being exploited, and explains how "wildgirl" was able to solo lvl to 48 in PB with **** sc, its only since shes got 48 that they have really started boss killing.

Aye I couldnt stand toe to toe with TangoD in BDD for literally more than 2 seconds without RTing. Ive 800hp and within 2 TDBs I was barely still alive. This happened about 5 or 6 times and just once I didnt get to my RT in time and lost my prized leather belt lol. I spoke with tango after and at the time of the fight he had about 10 more DC than me but I just wasnt hurting him at all (and this Tango is obviously why I presumed you were using the 2x buff).

I went to MM with craig and got power buff to test (and found all the hard hitters funnily enough having a fight there lol, unless WS and Nefarious now like to fight over ore :P). I got power buff (I only stacked it to about 6 mins, didnt reach any limit) and then went a 1 hit FS killed a 39 tao in guild and was suddenly hitting TDBs at 200x2 consistently and sometimes a lot higher.

If its not the power buff, then something in the system is very very broke atm. If it is the power buff then it should just be removed from game or shouldnt work on other players, only mobs (otherwise we have people running round with near 200dc on a low rate server at times....).

Fighting in skel caves makes sense fighting in Krs makes sense fighting in mineral mines doesn't.

We were told Wade were there pking, and we were bored. Simple as that.

I'm pretty sure all of our guild didn't even know you could still stack any buff. When lvling/farming on my wizz I'm pretty sure it had always put it to the new time when you completed another Q and didn't add it on top? All of our guild is glad to see it gone either way, I can tell you that much.

I think it's really ridiculous that we continue to talk about this story.
If by chance the bug was still there, now no one could be said to be unaware of the consequences.
Proceed with a massive ban would balance the server and will lengthens its life.

Impact Drugs and UE shouldn't stack for a start. One should take priority over the other - I'm sure they didn't stack on Euro?

Letting them stack means you can easily get between 12-15+ extra DC which is quite a lot.

Greatly misinformed about what? That you exploited the buff stacking? That the buff stacking existed? That you were boss killing before level 48(with stacked buffs? each?) You admitted exploiting saying you thought it was supposed to be like that. LOL. What exactly is incorrect about knives' post?

Afaik we have no GMs in DA I dont even know who their alt chars are :/

Most of the GMs alt chars are in the same guild (Wolfpack) have stock items, are mid level and are not online that often (I know this as my char (I am not a GM) is in the same guild and there is never anyone on guild chat

Speaking for Milo and myself (I have a lvl 40 wiz and a lvl 40 warr both with about 1.5mill each and the best item I have is a DragonSword) Milo has a lvl 40 warr (best item is also a DragonSword)

I play my warr most evenings, level a little, go kill WT if its there, kill a couple of FrostTigers (get rubbish drops) and level a little more
Milo logs in on his alt most saturday mornings, we go kill a few IWT and maybe a KingHog (again get rubbish drops) Milo logs out and works on the files some more

As for the power buffs afaik this was taken out a few weeks back but I will go to MM myself later and see whats up

If these didnt stack it would make UE pointless as it gives less stats then the drugs do...

UE gives about 8 at level 3 and decent SC?
