If the rumours are correct about the chance of luck being based on the difference in DC of a weapon's top and bottom end then I can see this being a familiar sight (not just Swampduck, but all warrs =p), as most warr weps have a huge difference and therefore will struggle to get luck7 whereas other classes will get it quite easily. Time will tell I guess.
