45 level taoist get banned because of botting?

Dear BH/Sam,

Account: Stujnx6ry
Character: Aria
level 45 taoist with poison cloud.
situation: Account require activation?

It is quite confuse that such a high level taoist get banned because of botting?
He normally solo in PT and played with me in our guild for activities.
Maybe he can leave his character in some places for afk leveling.
However, I do not believe he is doing botting.
He used to level in BDD 4 until level 45.
He told me he want to test the damage of level 2 poisoncloud and that's why he asked for help of wizs in our guild and was leveling so hard everyday.
He was so disappointed that his account get banned for botting when he is on holiday in other country, which is not true.
I support him on my side and I really want BH to check his account again.
His account is a old account and he does not register with an email address.

As if you would be so stupid to bot on your main account I know its a easy trace game but handing it up on a plate like that you deserve to be caught lol .... scum botter dont return.

Check the time when these bot characters were created and the IP address when the account is log in.
I get a message from aria, it seems his account get hacked during his holiday.
He is sure that he has only two characters in his account.
last log time is around 14-15 june.
If bots characters are created during his holiday. I think it is not his fault.

I'm not sure support can be offered without the use of an email. Atleast I wouldn't offer any.

The he only way he would have got "hacked" is by not changing his password once the server files where hacked and leaked. Or using a computer that has some key logger or something.

Why would someone hack a level 45 account and make not chars on it? Would it be easier to make new accounts with bots on?

what i'm curious about is: why would anyone make 3 bot chars on the same account?
if he wanted to bot why not make 3 accounts.
i used to make spare chars on accounts for storage but, not even a stupid person would make 3 bot chars on 1 account (since his bot could only ever use 1 char at a time then)
