thats the way i would normally do a border. i think that sig looks good with it.

nice try this. with the orignail blue on. creat a new layer and set blendung to lighten. the click on you colours and choose red. the press ****f f5 and choose forground colour. the go round the sig a delete the red from the pic. and anywere else that doesnt need it. keep the bg red.

jeese if i had thought of this earlier i would have done it myself but it tes time in my house.
