A Good Bug Report

Here we are going to show you the difference between a good bug report and a bad report. What we are trying to show players is that the more information you give us enables us to fix issues quicker. Simply saying your client crashed leaves us trying to find a needle in a hay stack.

Bad Bug Report:

My client crashed. urgent fix it!

Good Bug Report:

• Issue: Client froze I could not do anything in game.
• Character Name: Hazuki
• Date/Time: 14/06/2013 10:30am
• What I was doing: Testing skill damage in trainer room.
• What Happened: Was watching Samuel test Warrior skills then my client just froze, minimized then opened again and the screen went black. Had to end task to close mir2.dat
