Ok basically im trying to get a NPC to walk about for a Quest im working on.Ive see this on Evilmir server back in the day and id love to recreate it.
Ive tried using the Canmove option in the merchant tbl but all that does is nteleport it..
i no the npcs can walk but does anyone have any ideas on to make it work?.

Well no NPC's cant walk. There isn't any images to support them working so its not possible. Like noisound said. They can randomly teleport about.
