Ok I no this was a pain for some peeps coz i had trouble with this aswell,
so far all i no is this guide ive typed works with TDs 2.3 server files.
so to get spawns working for the above stated Files follow these steps:
1)Make sure you have ur Mir2 Database restored by following either Mstations Guide or some one elses.
2)go into the newly restored Database and Delete...Yes delete the tabel called TBL_MONGEN
3)Right click on the tables tab on the left hand side were all the icons are and hover over New task and then click on Import Data i think it is.
4) after the new screen open at it starts fo ask for a source click the dropdown menue and look for Microsoft Access then click the ... button next to the 1st blank space above the ID and password spaces and go into ur M2Server folder then into Envir and there should be a file called data double click on that file after u have selected this file and are back to the source of import data screen click next due to the fact you do not need a ID or password to open the file.
5)when u get to the screen that asks for the location of the File select your Mir2 Database.
6)click on next untill you get to a screen that asks for the tables that you want to import.
THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART!
Scroll down untill you see the TBL_MONGEN, DO NOT TICK THIS ONE!
Instead right under it is another Mongen called TBL_MONGENORIGINAL
Tick that one and then import it.
7)Refresh your DataBase list and restart your server and viola when u log in you will have spawns.
All the mobs you see spanwed in the euro mir 2.3 will spawn on your server now
E.G EvilMir in map D2083 and all the MirStatues ^^

EDIT. Forgot to memtiom after you have refreshed your Tables Right Click on TBL_MONGENORIGINAL
and rename it to TBL_MONGEN
