Well abs = stomach, so yes it will tone your stomach. However it wont "diet" your stomach as you cannot spot reduce fat.

Throw it in the bin mate! Those things don't really work...

Getting abs is simple but not easy... you need to eat right and get on the ****in tread mill. Hardly any to no fatty foods, no sweets, cakes, chocolate, fast food, milk shakes, pizzas. (Well I say none of those but once In a while can't hurt).

After a run get on the ab excercises, planks, pikes, crunches, knee raises whatever, 10-15 reps. We all got 6 packs underneath somewhere, just need to lost the fat covering it !! So run or play sport everyday, do ab excercises, and most importantly EAT RIGHT, lean meats and salads etc. And throw that toner **** away...

LOL tbh machine and electricity doing the work for you? dont waste your money m8.

firstly you need some fat as part of you diet its neccesary full stop dont beleive anyone who says other wise.

eat right as said above lot of protein, meats, healthy foods too.

after working out you must eat something no more than 45mins after the work out during that 45mins after the work out the food you eat all goes to the muscles you have worked.

high reps is the trick with tonage try doing as many reps in a minute of say sit ups then have a rest and try n beat that record.

if your intrested in doing your arms too do low weights say 5-10kg and high reps.

press ups as many as you can in a minute and try and beat that record.

do not over work certain muscle groups, if you do abs one day dont do again the next day but the day after you can.

dont just do your abs as the rest of your body will look out of proportion and wont look right.

Hi,

I do gym 4x a week, when working on abs, my best advice is to make sure to diet also, if you have a 'belly' and just work on abs, your stomach will just get larger and no fat burned, reason being, your enlarging the muscles and it just makes it look fatter....

overall,a complete workout is best, or simply just do crunches and diet, but your best of doing a complete workout.

High reps is the right attitude, but fast reps is not. If you want to lose fat and tone up, you need todo "endurance" work, and going "super fast" for a minute is going to exhaust you for nothing. Your not doing a sprint (burst power) but a marathon (long endurance).

However you cannot "spot-reduce" fat so you HAVE to work the rest of your body. If you keep doing sit-ups, then the liklihood is your body will move even more fat there because thats where it deems it is needed the most. By doing a full body workout over a few days, your body starts to spread the fat out, your metabolism will increase, meaning your body will store less fat as well.

Diet wise, if your not gaining weight rapidly at the moment, then don't cut back yet. If you cut back and start eating less AND exercising, then your body will store as much spare energy as fat as possible. Start with the execise, and after a few months if your still not losing any fat, cut back a bit, but take small steps each time and wait a week or 2 to measure the change.

lol 100 cals per minute, thats a load of ****, all machines pretty much do the same, its just the way they do it. If you had a 6 pac, and keep loosing it, thats simple, its due to your diet, if you want your six pack, you got to keep yourself trim, my best advice is to focus on CARDIO to maintain your 6pac.

peace.
