About Deadsons exe

I'm about to start making my own server, but before I do just a quik question.

1) I want to use Deadson's exe as it has some rather sexy features, but how do I implement it into the server?

replace deadson's .exe witht he orignal .exe found in Mir200 inside C:\mirserver.

Then use the npc files which come with it (marriage.txt / pet.txt / hair.txt).

Use the code inside that to create your own NPC's. Then add those npc's to npc.txt and they should appear in game.
