About trying weapon refines

Hi, a player asked me if he was a GM on another server that wasn't mine, he could try his weapon refine in that server in order to have the "perfect" refine of that weapon for my server.
It's possible to do?

As far as i know, the refine system works by points, so u get certain points for items and then the more points you have the more CHANCE you have of success but im pretty certain theres no perfect refine recipe so no its not possible, although it may be possible to give youself a much better chance

So he could go trying the refine on another server to get a ""perfect"" refined weapon on mine?
(These servers are different: i guess he would make a weapon and items same as on mine server (same DC, lvl, etc), but servers are different).

I said no, not a perfect refine but he could probs get a high success rate

Yeah, that's ok!

And... how to do BIO minimum purity a number that not be 1? ie 3? (For maximum purity, just change the durability number in SQL, but i've seen that in some servers minimum purity is 3!)

A GM could just cheat and use the commands to refine ^^
