About AC and AMC.

I was talking with a guildie and he mentioned that the GM said AC/AMC were bugged.

Am i right in believing that it would make no difference if you had 5-35AC or 35-80AC? Same applies for AMC?

I believe that their was a issue with mobs AMC/AC but never for players as far as I know..

On my wiz, I can definitely tell the difference when wearing AC gear vs MC gear.
