Check your spam filter, sometimes lands there and make sure it's not a hotmail account was the advice given last time I think, if those fail to work i'm sure BH or Samuel or Milo will help you out ASAP.

I think the issue with this one is that the email arrived ok but the link within the email did not activate the account.
The GM's will pick this one up asap gaucho.

Account is now active

Just for future reference in relation to stuff like this

We can not do anything without an account name (this one was the same as his username) but without an account name we can not find the account with the problem
